Refund & Return Policy
Overview
Our refunds and returns may happen within the first 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it to be eligible for a return. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a proof of purchase. Please note that several products are exempt from being returned.

Non-returnable Products
Any product where you have input a custom size when you ordered cannot be returned. These products are made-to-order therefore we cannot process exchanges or refunds.

- Wall Vinyl
- Vinyl Lettering
- Seamless Patterns
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed. Your refund will be made via an EFT payment into a cheque or savings account within 10 days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received the refund after 10 days have passed, first check your bank account again. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done this and it still does not reflect, please contact us.
Sale items
Sale items cannot be refunded. Only regular-priced items may be refunded.
Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers purchased will not be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email and send your item to Postnet Bram Fischer.
Shipping Returns
To return your product, you should please send us an email and send your item to Postnet Bram Fischer. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
